I had a very complex water leakage problem in my apartment and the local maintenance techicians could not figure it out. They ended up calling AJet Plumbing out to solve the problem. AJet sent Jerry out and within minutes he found 2 significant problems that the others could not find. He very quickly solved both those problems and left me very happy with his professional skills. In addition to that, Jerry was very friendly, communicated the situation and his approach very well, and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. Since then, I have had 2 other plumbing issues where AJet was called in, and they sent Jerry back again to solve the problems. Mitchell from AJET was simply the best. In everyway you would prefer an A rated service to be, Mitchell hit them all. Polite, knowledgeable, precise, respectful and super easy to talk to. Better than the day I moved in and you never knew anyone was there. He cleaned everything just the way it was prior to his arrival, completed the task to 100% fruition with the highest work ethic there is. Thank you Mitchell!
